What we do

We make persona landing pages for small online shops. To offer this, we may contact a shop at the business email address it publishes on its website, and we may show the shop a private sample page built from reviews it already displays publicly.

We do not buy lists, we do not collect reviewers' contact details, and we do not use special-category data. Our outreach emails contain no tracking pixels. Links to sample pages carry UTM tags so we can count visits per campaign.

How long we keep it

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us operate, acting as our processors under written terms:

We use carefully selected service providers to host our site and email and to help prepare drafts, including AI tools. They process data only on our instructions. A list is available on request at hello@saidsopages.com.

Our emails follow a template approved by Philip Marley, and we do not use AI tools to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

When a client pays us by card through a Stripe payment link, Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Dublin) processes the payment data as an independent controller for its own purposes, such as fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering checks and its other legal obligations, under its own privacy policy: stripe.com/ie/privacy. Stripe also processes the payment itself on our behalf.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EEA under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell data.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction of, or erasure of your data, ask us to restrict processing, or object to it. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Reply "stop" or use the opt-out link in any email, and we will never email you again. We answer requests within one month. Write to hello@saidsopages.com.

You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission: https://www.dataprotection.ie, 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28.

We will update this page if our processing changes. Last updated: 2026-11-03.
